Funtown Flashback

Today in the gym as I was peddling and sweating I saw a familiar face, a student from my old school whom I had as a senior. He immediately recognized me and came right over. We talked for a good long time and I so enjoyed hearing about what he is up to. He is graduated and taking a year off before he heads back to school for his masters. It is so fun to see former students grow up and have lives for themselves. He has matured and is looking forward to a good life. I am so happy we ran into one another. He is the kid who threw up on my foot, while in the teacups at Funtown. We had been fake puking all day on rides (I was a chaperone for the big senior trip to Funtown that marked their graduation). So on the pirate ship, when way up high, we would pretend like we were going to blow chunks all over those below us. After awhile no one believed one another, but we kept doing it. When I saw this kid's face in the teacups though, I knew it was the real thing. Kudos and OJ. Well kudos to you graduate, you have come a long way.
