I Heard Birds!
15 degrees feels so warm...I love it! And this morning, as I walked to my car in Peru, I heard birds, lots of them, in the trees nearby. I love winter -- and I love Spring. The seasons seem just right -- rarely too long or too short... Still a moment or two of winter left, but the birds sound hopeful.

ReplyDeleteOh Ya.....Feels like April on this balmy 11th day of Feb. Just took a lovely walk down to the Jed Martin road - didn't hear one bird but a few days ago, watched a fox as he/she disappeared into the tree grove near our backyard sandpit. Don't know if it could be the same one of a couple years back that we watched in the same location (that same year in early summer the cutest baby fox romped along the river bank and then upon seeing me scurried down over the bank. Anxious to see you and Jim again.
