Abram was sick and Jim was more than happy to stay home with him while I did a loop in Weld. I can't remember the last time I hiked solo (and the feeling was amazing). I did a 7 mile loop that I used to do all the time back in the day - one that I happened to know the time it took me. I was determined to slay my time of 3 hours - and slay it I did. Now, I couldn't walk Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, but today is Wednesday, and I can walk and jog down stairs again. It was a glorious day!
At the end of the hike - where I ate half my sandwich.
Me and Phoenix J - lunch spot.

From the top of Little Jackson - looking west to the Presidentials.
