First real day of summer - last week - before the true Summer Solstice - from Hedgehog Overlook

Happy Dog

These guys are awesome in the woods and Phoenix in particular is so attentive to me.  I think he knows I am pregnant.  He sticks super close to me and when he does run off a bit, he comes flying back to check on me often.

Mt. Blue in the background - me at 36 weeks.

The phenomenally cute cake my talented mother-in-law made for the baby shower.  Lots of love at the shower.  I am a lucky woman.

One of four amazing, handmade baby blankets.

And at 37 weeks, yesterday, I am guessing this is nesting?

I am absolutely in love with everything people gave the baby.  The colors, the size - all so sweet.  At my doctor's appointment today my doc told me (via ultrasound) that the baby's head is down and that it is not a big baby.  If she had to guess, she would guess 6-7 lbs at delivery.  Changing table is here and the baby's room is almost completely set up.

Yeah, this must be nesting.
