One of my Valentines

Dixie - on Varnum Pond in Temple - 4:45 pm.

Unless I RUN from the school at 2:20, I end up staying later than I plan in the morning.  Today, I am RUNNING from the school at 2:20 -- Vacation, baby!  I got home a little later than I wanted to yesterday, but I decided I was going skiing (as planned) anyway.  Put the headlamp in my pocket and drove out to my little secret stash spot.  Dix and I had a really nice sunset ski.  Once home, I found a bunch of daisies (seriously a favorite) in a vase on the table.  Awwww!  I lifted - upping my weights and reps - and happily really felt a difference.  Then Jim and I jumped in his car and drove north to Strong - to the White Elephant - for local burgers and fresh cut french fries.   A good, laid-back, sweet Valentine's Day.  And now, it is a Friday before vacation -- sweeeet!
