Wahoo. Presented to the school board Monday night (after another mountain biking intro class with students) and it went well. Of roughly 17 board members, one abstained, one voted against and the rest voted for it. Below is the mini-slide-show I used to tell them about my goal. I am getting really excited about what is happening with kids and the outdoors. I have had successful mountain biking classes, and last night was the first true-blue ride. We rode up to Bull Rock. It was STEEP -- but awesome. I really am getting psyched. THIS type of "coaching" -- not the team sport type, this is the stuff I love! Love love love.
