Hazel

Hazel is my little niece in the big state of Montana. Native Montanan. Cool. Can you see the Montana in her? I can. Saw it pretty clearly when she said, "Glacier Lilly," to me as we hiked in Beehive Basin. She is smart, really happy, energetic, beautiful, funny, demanding, independent, stubborn, a little mischevious (there is just something in her smile that makes me say that) and very sweet (she loved Luna and would bring her "guys" (which consists of many different types of animals) over to lie with Luna on her dog bed). She is a lot more than just these words, some more of what she is you may see here in the photos. I am so thankful I got to know her a little better and spend time with her on her turf.

On the way to Rob and Joanna's in Bozeman -- packed in the Corrola.

This is the independent part -- right up the trail -- talking away -- not looking back very often.
